Rally for Democratic Objectives
Noon Saturday, January 21
Outside the Augusta County Courthouse

Let’s show that we see an alternative vision for America

A short (30-minute) Rally for Democratic Objectives will start at noon on Saturday, January 21, the day after the inauguration, outside the Augusta County Courthouse at the corner of Augusta and Johnson Streets.

Staunton, Augusta, Waynesboro Dems, please come out for this.

If you like, come with a placard or sign for the Democratic issue or objective most important to you, such as the Affordable Care Act, Women’s Rights,  Climate Change or other environmental issue; Black Lives Matter, and so on.  (This is not a complete list, we’re not making an effort to cover all important issues; our primary objective is a good turnout.)

This is NOT an anti-Trump rally, this is a Pro-Democrat rally;  we want to send positive messages.

We plan to disperse at 12:30 pm so please arrive a little before noon.  There are two parking garages and the Wharf parking area off of Johnson Street.
